Margaret has been in the Real Estate filed
for over 15 years and is a graduate of the 2004 Class of Real Estate
Leadership and holds a Certified Negotiations Expert designation. She was
hired as a technical trainer for the Greater Albuquerque Association of
Realtors in 2006 and has consistently received accolades for her
instruction. Margaret is a Public Director for the National ABET Board
(Accreditation of all US Engineering and Technology Departments at the
University level) member of the New Mexico Engineering Foundation Board of
Directors as well as the Chair of the Public Relations and Marketing
Committee; member of the NM Ethics in Business Award Nomination Committee;
Administrator of the Middle Rio Grande Flood Control Association (MRGFCA);
and an in-classroom volunteer with NM Junior Achievement. She is a member of
the Leadership Albuquerque under the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of
Commerce.

Valerie

Valerie has been an agent in Albuquerque for six years, and very
much enjoys helping buyers and sellers meet their real estate needs. She is
originally from Brooklyn, New York, and has made her home in Albuquerque for the
last 14 years. Valerie is married to a native New Mexican and is the proud
mother of a wonderful 7-year-old daughter. During the school year, she works as
a counselor at Highland High School and volunteers actively at Bandelier
Elementary School. Valerie loves travel and foreign languages (proficient in
Spanish and German) and enjoys yoga, hiking, jogging, reading, knitting and
making her way through Sunday New York Times crossword puzzles!
